A command which is meant to show descriptions of commands or concepts in plug.dj.

Example usages:
.help duel
Response: Duel a friend with .duel @USERNAME. The winner gets moved forward, while the loser gets kicked out. More at http://git.io/vIBhi

.help dc
Response: Use .dc to regain your lost position in case you disconnect.

Should there be an entry for almost every command?
like this:
.help move
Response: Usage: .move @USERNAME 5 to move @USERNAME to position 5.

.help unlock
Response: .unlock to unlock the waitlist.
