This repository needs to be updated to represent the current EQ Metal branding and not the previous Packet branding.

@etrosa We are phasing out the block storage offering but I'm not sure exactly when. If it's happening real soon then deprecating this could be wiser than rebranding it.

Ravinder's product team will be able to advise.
