현행 기준
- Uptime Robot (https://uptimerobot.com/) 사용
문제
- 국내에서 측정한 것 대비 ms가 높게나옴
- 장애 히스토리에 대한 안내 불가능
- 무료 버전의 경우 이메일 알림만 가능
