Coop dialogue toasts should account for whether you're orange or blue

Orange in some maps has different dialogue available than blue

I feel like we should disable dialogue toasts for orange because
a) We never explicitly tell srconfigs users that orange has to account for ping; the only places it's mentioned are in Discord and in the old pastebin
b) Noone reads the readme anyway so even if we did tell them they wouldn't know lmao
c) The only reason orange should ever need to do dialogue is if blue accidentally enters super early and orange hasn't entered yet
