  • optimize storage (options available)
  • fight against tracking (options available)
  • highlight the important mail parts - links, docs (already happens)
  • user can highlight the mails and add notes
  • user can add collaborators to the mail and have a private discourse
  • user can define a workflow for mails
  • overlay metadata - possible tags for the mail, expected reading time, similar emails, similar emails from the similar group of senders
  • overlay metadata for mail drafts - language hints, expected time to get a response. etc.
  • design personalized per user and not a generic design
  • built in reminders/ todos
  • built in calendar tools
  • transform email to a workspace - track and store browser links along with the email. specially useful for the newsletter readers.

  • highlightable and store notes
    • add your own understanding of the text
  • share notes and highlights, and discuss with a community of the readers
  • minimal design, with a focus on reading - https://reading.supply/
