Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

For the oC 10 to oCIS migration Stage 6 we need to share ALL state with each other. Currently the database is already used by both oC10 and the oCIS owncloud sql storage driver. But if you use Redis or Memchached with oC10, it will not be used by oCIS at the moment.

Describe the solution you'd like

The oCIS owncloud sql storage driver also uses Redis or Memcached when available.

I'd need to understand the consequences here to make a decision. Afaik Redis stores transactional file locks and sessions. What are the implications of doing / not doing it?

@butonic can you answer that?

I am running the owncloudsql driver on my personal instance. in parallel. while it is single node it works. I don't need a cache. I just need it working until i migrated to another backend. Something that I think is relevant and sufficient for all small oc10 instances out there.
