after #1962 we can run UI tests with ocis driver and don't need to use DELETE_USER_DATA_CMD in API tests
the docs need to be adjusted accordingly

reopening because the web docs still talks about starting redis and using owncloud storage driver https://owncloud.dev/clients/web/testing/#ocis
