as pointed out in https://github.com/owncloud/ocis-reva/pull/80/files#diff-04c6e90faac2675aa89e2176d2eec7d8R87-R97 currently REVA_STORAGE_HOME_EXPOSE_DATA_SERVER=1 and REVA_STORAGE_OC_EXPOSE_DATA_SERVER=1 need to manually be enabled when running ocis-reva. in ocis we set them in code, but now that the cli framework has been updated we can get rid of that and should default to true.
