Incorrect work of scs-parser

Describe the bug
When processing an scs file to add to a knowledge base, a structure(2) that is in another structure(1) is not linked to the original structure(1).

Expected behavior
Since structure(2) is inside structure(1), there must be an arc of membership from structure(1) to structure(2).
