The organization has a list of facilities they operate at https://samaritanvillage.org/where-good-lives, and they're fairly diverse in their functions. I'm not familiar enough with the amenity=social_facility tag to know if they can all be tagged as that or if the best tags for each facility are something else.

The other question is whether Samaritan Daytop Village should be considered an "operator" or a "brand", and I think a solid case could be made for either. As mentioned, the facilities aren't really copies of each other (a case for operator), but as shown in the facility list, each facility appears to prominently carry the organization's name and logo (a case for brand).
