prompt=registration was implemented in #3636. The OpenID spec has standardized this parameter as prompt=create (https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-prompt-create-1_0.html).

Describe your ideal solution

Add an alias create for registration.

I am developing an IDP and we are in need of the feature.
Is there any plan to resolve this issue in the near future? If not, I would be happy to contribute by submitting a pull request.
