Multiple Hydra session cookies

Does Ory Hydra (2.x) support this?

1. When multiple clients go through OIDC Login flow on the same browser, can it have session cookie created for each client? Or does it create single cookie and keep replacing its value with new login (on same browser)?
2. If it maintains only a single cookie, what's the best approach to clear the cookie using id token hint and post logout url. At present it seems it does not clear the cookie, when id token hint requested during logout does not match with the session cookie (ory_hydra_session) because session cookie was replaced with another login from same browser using SSO.

In general, are there any guidelines when multiple apps on same browser want to perform SSO Login with Ory Hydra so that it does not ask user to sign in every single time, and on logout it clears the session cookie irrespective of what id token hint being used during logout.
