Hydra v2 migration is stuck at one point and nothing is progressing

I'm trying to migrate Hydra from v1.11.10 to v2.2.0.
After executing the hydra migrate sql command, the execution stops or gets stuck at the same point while executing 20220210000001000006.

Below are my queries regarding this

1. Why are there so many nid executions?
2. Does Hydra Migrate start from where it left if the execution is interrupted and started again?

migration_file: migrations/20220210000001000006_nid.postgres.up.sql takes too long (more than 10 hrs and still executing on 15GB storage PostgreSQL).
It also blocks the execution of other migration files.
