What I Want:
A direct way to respond to user feedback inside Wiredash. Currently, email is the only route to get back to users, but not everyone leaves their email. And that's cool; privacy matters. So, how about a built-in chat feature?

Ideal Features:

• Direct Messaging: Let me send a message straight to the user in the Wiredash Console. If they've left feedback, they should hear back to support them. We want to write them when a bug is fixed or we at least started developing it.
• Notifications: Alert users within the app or via email (if they provided one) when there's a reply. Customizable alerts would be a bonus.

Why It's Needed:
Feedback feels one-sided right now. A chat feature would turn it into a real conversation, helping me address issues faster and build trust with users, without forcing them to share personal info.
