Pro account's Storage is timing out

Hello!
I am trying to access Storage for our live application but through our application, a Postgres IDE, even the dashboard simple data view the database is timing out. I don't see any way to debug, restart, anything. This is after it was already slowing down earlier today, causing us to have to implement some stopgap performance functionality. However now it's fully inaccessable, which in turn is causing our Vercel pages to "GATEWAY TIMEOUT". All of the status measures on the Storage dashboard say we're well under all the metric upper bounds.

This whole experience has been frustrated, where it seems like the whole Nextjs/Vercel ecosystem is set up so that things are supposed to easy "just work" it's more been like a super fragile system that breaks if we don't conform to the sometimes unclear engineering architecture decisions and even if we do things still break and there is no way to gain insight or at the very minimum reset it.

And now it's back and a-ok 🤷‍♂️ Was it something we did? Did we break it? Was it Vercel? Did we fix it? What changed? All the more an example of how this lack of insight and options in this situation is frustrating and makes us not know how to move forward
