How to put source info in admonition?

I'm building a sphinx extension at https://github.com/raybellwaves/compatsphinxext

I would like to put the source link in the admonition instead of below it.

For a MCVE let's take a sphinx todo extension (https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/blob/master/sphinx/ext/todo.py). I would like to add the source link e.g. https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/blob/master/sphinx/ext/todo.py#L163 into the admonition instead of below it.

How can I modify the code to do that?
