Getting ready for Quarkus 3

Hi Quarkiverse maintainers,

The Quarkiverse is a big part of the success of Quarkus and every extension there contributes to its success so thanks for all your efforts.

That makes the compatibility of the Quarkiverse a key element for Quarkus 3.

You might have noticed that I created PRs to upgrade your extensions to Quarkus 3 for the ones that weren't compatible with Quarkus 3 yet.
It would be awesome if you could have a look and merge these PRs and release a new major version of your extension by April 25th.
A few of them require some additional work for things I wasn't able to fix right away. I made it clear in the PR.
When releasing, please ping me in the release PR (@gsmet) so that I can include the version in the automatic upgrade recipe we are maintaining.

You might not have time to do that right away and we perfectly understand that.
For some extensions that we think are critical for the 3.0 release, we might have to trigger a release on April 25th if you haven't done it already. Don't worry, that doesn't mean you're not the maintainer of the extension anymore, this is your extension and it will stay that way, we will just give it a small push so that it's ready for Quarkus 3.

I will also send this message through GitHub team discussions.
