Metalama 2023.4.5-rc released

We've just released Metalama 2023.4.5-rc, which includes all fixes and enhancements from Metalama 2023.4.4-preview and Metalama 2023.3.8 in addition to the following changes.

Fixed

• Fixed: Licensing: Rider's design-time process is considered unattended on Linux.
• Fixed: Assembly loading for .Net 7/8.
• Fixed: Licensing: don't count child aspects.
• Fixed: When Metalama is restored using nuget.config, ReferenceAssemblyLocator fails to find Metalama.Framework.RunTime.
• Fixed: Rider: No SDKs were found when Rider is installed from snap on Linux.
• Fixed: Rider on Linux: Unable to cast DesignTimeEntryPointManager to IDesignTimeEntryPointManager.
• Fixed: Compatibility with Visual Studio 2022 17.8.
