Metalama 2023.3.6-rc released

We've just released Metalama 2023.3.6-rc which includes the following changes.

Licensing changes

• We have removed the concept of credits. From now on, we only count the number of aspect classes used (ie. applied) in a project.
• We're introducing project-bound licenses for open-source projects, which will replace the redistribution licenses.
• Aspect classes derived from ContractAspect are now included in all Metalama editions, and their aspect classes are not counted in the license allowance.
• The ability to debug generated source is now allowed in all Metalama editions.
• Usage of ISourceTransformer (extensions of Metalama.Compiler) is now allowed in all Metalama editions.
• The license agreement was updated accordingly.

Fixed

• Fixed: Skipped aspect classes should not be counted for licensing.
• Fixed: Patterns: packages have PostSharp logo and miss XML docs.
• Fixed: C# Dev Kit "add aspect" and code fixes do not work on Mac.
• Fixed: Welcome is opened after the first build when there's no user interaction.
• Fixed: Typo in LAMA0041 exception text.
