Describe the solution you'd like
The new Edge Agent feature introduces the Jobs feature, which is useful for automation, I wonder if it's possible to add it to standard agents as well, and what was the reasoning behind adding it only for edge agents.

The Edge Agent does this via cron jobs on the underlying OS, which necessitates certain levels of access that the standard Agent (by default) doesn't require. It was also a feature that made more sense for edge devices at least initially, so that's where we first implemented it.

We'll leave this issue open to gauge community support for adding jobs to standard agents.
