how to use openxla ？

Yeah, i have some questions about openxla, hope somebody can answer my questions. Firstly , Does openxla like tvm and it will be officially support cuda 、rocm and so on?
Secondly, This reposity contains xla、trition、stablehlo、iree， so how will openxla work？
