GitHub Copilot Pro Subscription via Apple App Store - Account Locked from Purchases

I recently subscribed to GitHub Copilot Pro via Apple App Store on March 2, 2025, but my GitHub account (@syarhabil) is still showing "Copilot Free" instead of "Copilot Pro."

Additionally, when I try to restore the purchase or subscribe again, I receive the following error:
"Your account is currently locked from purchases. Please update your payment information."

I have already tried the following steps to resolve the issue:

Used "Restore Purchase" in the App Store.
Checked my subscription status in Apple ID and confirmed it's active.
Logged out and back into GitHub.
Verified my payment method in Apple ID.
Despite these attempts, my subscription has not been activated on my GitHub account, and my account remains locked from purchases.

I have attached my purchase confirmation from Apple for reference. Could you please help me resolve this issue and activate my GitHub Copilot Pro subscription?
