What to do when there is inappropiate language?

I found this repo recently, and I thought it was amazing. I had an idea and posted issues:
ipodtouch0218/NSMB-MarioVsLuigi#241
I got a response from someone, and I liked it, except for the language the user chose. I don't see a feature to report language. What would you guys like me to do? Note that I don't want to strike against this user, but I don't really know how to deal with this in GitHub.

P.S. Hope I'm good on the discussion types. I'm still sort of new to GitHub, so I'd appreciate some pointers.

Honestly, it’s not a big deal, but if it bothers you, just talk to the maintainers of the repo and see what they think.
