Vercel doesn't update from terminal

I have a problem for many hours try to update Vercel from the GitHub rep it works and see the change on the site. but if I change in vscode and push it from terminal and confirm that its on GitHub . it doesn't show the upgrade. I tried also Mac desktop for GitHub but it is same. please help

sorry I forgot to tell you that I use Vercel . I mean it doesn't show on Vercel
