I often select a code block in VSCode, right-click, and use Copilot -> Fix to refine specific code sections.
Typically, I type prompts like
Rename the function to better reflect its implementation
to adjust function names orOptimize the function implementation to eliminate code duplication
to simplify code. I’ve saved these prompts in a text file for reuse. So it would be great if the Copilot VSCode plugin could offer a new context menu option, such as
Fix with Prompts
, to display a list of favorite prompts (e.g., up to 10 items) for quick invocation. Users could manage these prompts in a designated file.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
