I installed some code in windows powershel and this message appears.

maybe because I keep installing continuously.
Can someone help me with some direction? Because I'm not a developer

The issue happens because you’ve made too many requests to GitHub without signing in, and GitHub limits how many requests you can make in that situation. 2. Once you get the token, save it somewhere safe (you can copy it and keep it in a text file for now). You’ll need to add it to your tools or scripts. For example, if the tool you’re using has a place to add “authentication” or “token,” paste it there.
3. Try running your tool again. It should work without the error because the token gives you access to more requests.
