Add ability to remove Git LFS files

I went through the process of requesting for my Git LFS files to be deleted and was told that I needed to be a paid member to get support. https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/working-with-files/managing-large-files/removing-files-from-git-large-file-storage#git-lfs-objects-in-your-repository

This is disappointing given that other services like Codeberg allows deleting Git LFS files for free without needing to contact anyone at all. I would like to see this feature in Github.
