Hi @saadmanrafat! The best place to go for answers to account-specific questions like this one is opening a ticket on our Support page. Please open a ticket with them :). I also recommend checking out the GitHub Sponsors documentation, which provides detailed answers to your main questions. |

After seeing your question, I am very happy to answer your question. I have encountered it before. After searching for a long time, I finally found the entrance
To be honest, the documentation is not very good in this regard. . . |

Hello,
I started setting up my GitHub Sponsors account and selected Stripe as my payment method, thinking that it was available in my area (Bangladesh). Unfortunately, it turns out that Stripe does not operate here.
Since I cannot complete the setup, I now want to disable my GitHub Sponsors account entirely. However, I cannot find an option to do so because the Dashboard is not available to me, and all I see is the "Get Sponsored" button.
However, I'm still interested in the prospect of getting approved for GitHub Sponsors—are there any workarounds for countries that don’t support Stripe?
Could you please guide me on how to disable my GitHub Sponsors account in this situation?
Thanks in advance for your help!
