Hello,
I would like to know the exact start date for the statistics related to "referral source" and "referral paths" in GitHub REST API. This information is crucial for my analysis and understanding of the data trends.

I thought it was counted from the date each repository was made public. But then I noticed that this statistic is also available for Github-PRO users for non-public repositories. So I guess it's from the repository start publish date or the first commit date or some other date...

I want to develop an application and store statistical information in a database .
