The other 2 clients(parity&poa) have this function, but I don't see it in geth.
When using ETHEREUM_JSONRPC_VARIANT=geth, and then try to get the block reward by getblockreward API will get error like #3692, so can it possibly to init the emission_rewards table to avoid this error?
