The where about of my BVM

Good day,
Some few days ago, i transférés my BVM coins to another platform. The Platform refuses to proceed with the opération and sent the coins back to my nakachain wallet. To date, my coins are no where to be found. Moreover, these bvm were in staking. For that, i received your gswamp token, i claimed them, i did everything but they are nowhere to be found. Can some one please tell me what is going on?

Hello,
As reportes in my previous message, i have sent some BVM coins to an external Exchange platform (Mexc). Mexc rejected the transaction and sent my BVM coins back to my nakachain wallet. It is been days since Mexc sent back my coins to my wallet. To date, i don't even know the where about of these coins. They were 748.31 BVM.
Moreover, i have stacked BVM for months and was rewarded the equivalent of 121$ of the coin Gswp. I have claimed these tokens, only i have never received the in my wallet. These are 2 token missed. Is there any way you can assist me on that?
