Using bitwarden to store the SSH key is an interesting idea, but currently it is very un-ergonomic to always accept a request. Often there isn't enough context to identify how the key will be used, and if the bitwarden desktop client is in the background it can be easy to miss these requests.

Ideally there should be a way to set a default key, or to remember which programs are allowed. Aside from that, a more visible notification should appear even when the desktop client is in the background.
