Once we have important changes almost daily, for now we should have ns1labs/orb-agent:develop as default

As we decided that we are going to deploy prod every time a p1 is resolved, maybe this is no longer necessary.. what do you think?
I removed the priority and I would like to know opinions on keeping this issue (maybe there could even be some information about the possibility of using the develop tag in the documentation or in some source)
