The slack adapter should properly respond with mentions

If you currently as the bot to echo "Hello @vanstee" it will respond with the text "Hello @vanstee" but it wont become a hyperlink and wont at mention the user. We need to return at mentions as user id references so Slack will auto-link and properly at mention and notify those users.
