To test interoperability with other agents we should create a backchannel for Aries Agent Test Harness.

Checklist:

Create backchannel for Aries Framework JavaScript
- Connection protocol (Aries Framework JavaScript connections topic hyperledger/aries-agent-test-harness#98)
- Issue credential protocol
- Present proof protocol
