New version coming out. Might need to rewrite some stories. But benefits look impressive (free knobs, etc...).

If I'm reading the medium article correctly, get full 'knobs' control w/out having to do anything (which alone is reason to upgrade): "[Controls is] similar to Knobs, the addon it supersedes. But that similarity is only skin deep. Because controls are auto-generated, there’s no extra code to write, and no maintenance needed as you modify APIs. Controls code is also more portable because it doesn’t depend on Storybook-specific APIs."
