Keyboard italian layout

I was unable to set a correct italian keyboard layout using rdesktop for rdp to Win XP Pro mirtual machine.

• Tried to create a new keybord device with italian layout : it works only for normal keys, special chars such as è é ç à ° ù are not mapped in the right way
• Tried to add -k it parameter to rdesktop application : same as above
• Tried to import a ldif file with a different nismapentry code : same as above

The biggest problem is the incorrect map of q w e r t y keyboard because it is always mapped as german (i suppose) keyboard with the q w e r t z (note the final 'z') sequence.

Any solution ?
