The usage is quite low, but given the fact that there isn't a preset for them and the fact that there are very few such pharmacies (compared to regular pharmacies) might explain it.

There is healthcare=veterinary_pharmacy with 1 use. I suspect that most veterinary pharmacies are mistagged as amenity=veterinary or amenity=pharmacy and name/description/note.

Assuming that this is by nature a low usage tag and I agree it is likely to be misstagged in the absence of a preset, I think we should add this.

We should have a good look at the search keys and how the search results look to make sure it is not confusing to users. And we don't introduce new miss-taggings with this ne preset.
