Autofollow task not triggering replication jobs

How can one reproduce the bug?
Intermittent issue and hard to re-produce.
Based on code analysis - During creation(or restart), autofollow task is not waiting for the couroutine logic to execute and still might register successful task under the cluster state.

Tasks

• Surface last execution time under autofollow stats.
• Validation checks on the autofollow state under the coroutine after task creation/restart.
