As a user
I want to handle the version difference between nsd and nsdoc before uploading the nsdoc file
So I'm sure the functionality works fine

The NSD file should correlate with nsdoc file with the same version.

In case of a faillure:
"The version of NSD (x) does not correlate with the version of nsdoc (x)"

(x) = version number

Re-use the existing methode of openSCD
