Add visitors to migrate dependencies. #10

  • Add JUnit 5 API and engine only if JUnit tests exist in the project.
  • Remove JUnit 4 dependencies regardless.
  • Add exclusions to any first order dependencies that transitively include junit-vintage-engine.

At some point, we'll need to update MaybeAddJUnit5Dependencies to add junit-jupiter-params when certain features are used like @TempDir.
