port embench to cv32e40x

Task Outcome

All EMBench tests are running in the cv32e40x project as currently running in the cv32e40p project.

Background information

The initial embench was added to cv32e40p. This needs to be added now to the cv32e40x.
Late last week a full merge cycle was performed to sync all cv32e40p/dev and master updates back to cv32e40x/dev

Use the cv32e40x/dev branch
