After upgrading to 3.42.0 QGIS crashes with the error message below.

The crash occurs after selecting Plugins-Qfield-SynchroniseCurrentcloud project
The dialog opens, identifies data to be downloaded and then crashes.

I'm running Kubuntu 24.10 with QFieldSync v4.12.2

Thanks

Warning: setGrabPopup called with a parent, QtWaylandClient::QWaylandXdgSurface(0x55a943fb9580) which does not match the current topmost grabbing popup, QtWaylandClient::QWaylandXdgSurface(0x55a947408ae0) According to the xdg-shell protocol, this is not allowed. The wayland QPA plugin is currently handling it by setting the parent to the topmost grabbing popup. Note, however, that this may cause positioning errors and popups closing unxpectedly because xdg-shell mandate that child popups close before parents

Shall we assume the crash is always reproducible, or it happens randomly?

Could you try with an X11 session and check if it also happens there?
