The following counties have at least one precinct name with multiple entries per candidate.

It appears this has been caused by the renaming of precincts from the source data to the output data—i.e. looking at the sources in openelections-sources-pa/2016/, BALDWIN BR DIST 1 and BALDWIN TP DIST 1 in Allegheny County both were given the precinct name "BALDWIN District 1"; DARLINGTON TWP and DARLINGTON BORO in Beaver County both were given the precinct name "DARLINGTON".
