docs: [FC-0074] index, references and concepts style review

Description

This PR modified the title codes according to the Open edX documentation style guide and a few style changes of the following articles:

• "docs\index.rst"
• "docs\concepts\openedx-filters.rst"
• "docs\reference\architecture-subdomains.rst"
• "docs\reference\django-plugins-and-filters.rst"
• "docs\reference\documenting-filters-classes.rst"
• "docs\reference\filters.rst"
• "docs\reference\filters-configuration.rst"
• "docs\reference\filters-tooling.rst"
• "docs\reference\real-life-use-cases.rst"
