Spec

User can enter the editor from:
- Edit overflow menu item in component overflow menu on the component
- Edit overflow menu item on component info sidebar for selected component
- Double-clicking the component
Editor appears in modal for now, same as from browse experience

In Scope

Editing modal for components within units
Changes to components are saved
After save, changes appear in the unit
Saved changes also appear everywhere else that component appears in content libraries
Edited component is now a draft, not published
Unit is now a draft, if it was not already, since a component inside it has been edited

Not in scope

Inline editing (currently planned in https://github.com/orgs/openedx/projects/66/views/1?pane=issue&itemId=94060509, needs story draft)
