fix: Update help center and hide groups content

This ticket changes all the help center links from placeholders to the correct groups link and adds an additional check to make sure the org has a groups association before showing groups content.

For all changes

• Ensure adequate tests are in place (or reviewed existing tests cover changes)

Only if submitting a visual change

• Ensure to attach screenshots
• Ensure to have UX team confirm screenshots
