docs.openedx.org has a google form on it that people can use to provide feedback even if they don't have github accounts. Currently that form is in @markH-Docemus google account. We should move it to the tCRIL account and operationalize it.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Feedback form lives in a tCRIL shared google drive.
  • Docs team, in particular @feanil @jmakowski1123 and @markH-Docemus have access to it.
  • Setup some something to make sure the feedback response are reviewed regularly.
    • Maybe a calendar reminders to review this form
    • or some other automation to make github issues from the form responses as they come in.

Feedback form has been created and updated on docs.openedx.org

Now I'm waiting on access to the zapier integration google account so that I can automate issue creation from the google form feedback.

Feedback form is now fully automated: #83

We should be able to just look at the issues and all feedback will be aggregated there.
