Goal: Be able to assign 2-3 people for each persona (educator, course operator, course admin, developer) to build table of contents.

Ticket to track outreach and communications with folks who respond to/are interested in building the doc "table of contents"

• Respond to inquiries/responses on the forum post
• Circulate the forum post via slack - documentation channel, marketing channel
• Compile shortlists of folks for 1:1 outreach, esp for developer and site operator personas
