Automate Postcode to Lat Long conversion

Detailed Description

when dealing with a large number of PV sites where their location is stored as postcodes, will need to convert these into lat long coordinates in an efficient way.

Context

This will be useful when dealing with a large number of sites and some in the future it looks like this will be the case.

Possible Implementation

Create a script/class to be called where a list of postcodes is passed and an array is returned of equal length with the lat long for each which is then set in the parse_data_client... script.
